how i can help

I collaborate with you to create an individualized care plan designed to improve overall wellbeing. I offer integrated and wraparound services, which is particularly helpful for people living with severe mental illness.

My approach integrates elements from a variety of therapeutic methods, which may include counseling or talk therapy, medication, non-prescription supplements, plant medicines, nutraceuticals, and psychedelic therapy.

I see people as complex individuals and don’t believe oversimplifying, pathologizing, or labeling someone’s mental health serves their best interests. I also understand that identifying specific diagnoses is helpful for obtaining reimbursement for health care costs, so I list some diagnostic areas I specialize in below.

If you are experiencing something that is not listed here or have questions, please contact me and we can determine how to best support your needs.

I do not accept insurance because it impacts my ability to provide the best care possible - read more here.

Policy on Insurance

My practice is not in-network with any insurance companies and I do not bill insurance directly. I can provide billing documentation (superbills) for clients who wish to submit to their insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

I do not accept payment from insurance companies because I believe in providing the best possible care for each person based on their needs - a basic human right that should not be dictated by anyone other than a patient and the person providing them with care.

Unfortunately, insurance companies do not always share this priority and often deny claims or do not reimburse in a timely manner, causing providers to devote an unsustainable amount of time and effort to seeking payment for services provided.
